Vinson, Furman alumna and professor of politics and international affairs, doesn&#8217;t see former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley as a likely pick for second chair. She suggests Haley would find it difficult to sit idly by while Trump executes plans and actions that may run contrary to the Constitution.
