In the program, &#8220;How to Increase Campus Engagement Using Strengths,&#8221; Gallup says the more students know their strengths (Analytical, Achiever, Woo, Arranger, Maximizer, etc.) the more likely they are to be engaged in the education they are receiving. Furman&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/people\/kim-keefer\/\">Kim Keefer<\/a>, a StrengthsFinder coach, contributes to the conversation and explains how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/furman-advantage\/pathways-program\/\">Pathways<\/a> is a natural way for undergrads to get an early introduction to CliftonStrengths for Students.
