Nelsen said the case is similar to the federal charge levied against Trump for attempting to overturn the 2020 election. But this latest one involves more people and more &#8220;moving pieces.&#8221; Nelsen also speculated on Trump&#8217;s possible defense strategies and whether a fourth indictment matters to his base.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;P<span id=\"86\">eople are getting\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"87\">confused now,&#8221; Nelsen said. &#8220;There&#8217;s so much <\/span><span id=\"90\">legal trouble around Trump <\/span><span id=\"93\">that it&#8217;s all been factored in,\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"95\">and this is just one more <\/span><span id=\"97\">indictment. I don&#8217;t think <\/span><span id=\"99\">that it&#8217;s going to make an\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"101\">impact politically, at least not\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"104\">at this point, maybe later on <\/span><span id=\"106\">when we get into the trials,\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"107\">things change a little bit.
