On NBC&#8217;s &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbc.com\/the-kelly-clarkson-show\/video\/furman-vs-arizona-kelly-clarkson-show-snack-bracket\/ACCN869573843\">The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/a>,&#8221; Mike Bothwell &#8217;23 appeared as a guest to support his favorite South Carolina dish, BBQ hash and rice. His nosh was pitted against the bacon-wrapped Senoran hotdog endorsed by Cedric Henderson of the Arizona Wildcats. Bothwell said the dish &#8220;doesn&#8217;t pass the eye test, but it&#8217;s good.&#8221; Clarkson agreed after a taste test and picked Bothwell&#8217;s BBQ hash and rice to advance to the Final Four.
