The cook of the month for April 2023 was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/people\/charles-davis\/\">Charles Davis,<\/a> Furman&#8217;s first gentleman, an adjunct professor of business and accounting and a professor of accounting at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.<\/p>\n<p>Davis&#8217;s culinary skills are well known at Furman and throughout Greenville and beyond.
