Her practices caught the attention of Laura Krantz, editor of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronicle.com\/newsletter\/leading\/2023-01-08\">Leading<\/a>,&#8221; a newsletter of The Chronicle of Higher Education. She spoke to Davis about a recent session she conducted on Gen Z and explained that the more the board understands the current needs of incoming students, the better equipped they are to make decisions. &#8220;It&#8217;s not enough to say that students are different [than previous generations], but to be able to show the characteristics, the expectations of students,&#8221; Davis said.<\/p>\n<p>A subscription may be required to view the content.
