The first day of classes may have still been a few days away, but on Thursday, Aug. 18, Furman\u2019s Class of 2026 faced its first collegiate challenge: getting their stuff from their cars into their new dorm rooms. Luckily, Paladin student-athletes and members of the Fall Orientation Staff were on hand to help.<\/p>\n

After settling in, the new first-year students prepared for a few days of orientation activities, capped off by the Opening Convocation<\/a> and the Orientation Carnival, before heading into their first classes Tuesday morning, Aug. 23.<\/p>\n
