The cost is $15, and online registration is available at this <i><a href=\"https:\/\/app.furman.edu\/WWSC\/\">link<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>The finalists are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/chester.inquiry.schooldesk.net\/\">Chester Park Elementary School of Inquiry<\/a>, Chester County Schools<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parentsasteachers.org\/\">Parents as Teachers SC<\/a>, South Carolina First Steps , serving students in 37 districts statewide<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teachercadets.com\/\">Teacher Cadet Program, Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention and Advancement (CERRA),<\/a> serving students statewide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Candidates were selected from more than 80 entries in the Riley Institute\u2019s WhatWorksSC<sup>sm <\/sup>clearinghouse. \u00a0The WhatWorksSC clearinghouse showcases initiatives that explore and exemplify key strategies for improving South Carolina\u2019s public schools.<\/p>\n<p>The award is presented in conjunction with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the South Carolina State Board of Education and is sponsored by the South Carolina School Board Association and the South Carolina Association of School Administrators.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the WhatWorksSC Award Luncheon, contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/riley.furman.edu\/education\/whatworkssc\/whatworkssc-award\/dick-and-tunky-riley-whatworkssc-award-2013\">Riley Institute<\/a> at 864-294-3546 or email <a href=\"mailto:jill.fuson@furman.edu\">jill.fuson@furman.edu<\/a>. \u00a0For more information about the South Carolina Conference of Public Education Partners, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scfutureminds.org\/\">www.scfutureminds.org<\/a>.
