Following his lecture, a panel will discuss food waste issues in Greenville.<\/p>\n<p>Bloom is a freelance journalist and food waste expert who writes the blog \u201cWasted Food.\u201d \u00a0His work has appeared in the <em>New York Times<\/em>, <em>Washington Post<\/em>, <em>Boston Globe<\/em> and \u00a0<em>Newsweek<\/em>, among others.
