A Sound Quality Series event, \u201cLa Fiesta\u201d will be conducted by Furman director of bands, Leslie W. Hicken. The concert is open to the public and is a CLP event. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $3 for students. Also conducting will be Furman\u2019s director of athletic bands Jay A. Bocook. Guest composer Steve Hicken will premiere his \u201cConcerto for Percussion and Wind Ensemble,\u201d with Furman music faculty member Omar Carmenates performing as percussion soloist. The program also includes \u201cFiesta del Pacifico\u201d by Roger Nixon, \u201cSensemaya\u201d by Silvestre Revueltas and \u201cDanzon No. 2\u201d by Arturo Marquez."}
