ActivEd is an educational software company aimed at giving teachers interactive lessons that incorporate movement into learning for pre-K through second-grade students.  The company’s co-founder is Dr. Julian Reed, an associate professor of health and exercise at Furman who began developing movement-related lessons and workshops in the classroom over a decade ago.  GSA Business wrote about Reed’s project.
