Furman University’s Clearly Furman campaign to raise $426 million by 2026 has captured the attention of several media outlets. Among them are Columbia Business Monthly, SC Biz News, UpstateBizSC, Greenville Journal, and Greenville Business Magazine. “This is Furman’s moment. This is our moment,” Furman President Elizabeth Davis, said. “Our moment to come together, to propel our university into its third century with a clear vision and the resources to meet our enormous potential.”

The university identified six key initiatives that will benefit from the campaign – scholarships, teaching and academic programs; The Furman Advantage; wellness, belonging and community; athletics, coaching and competitiveness; the four institutes on campus that give students unique opportunities to engage with the community and with the private sector; and the annual fund.
