Furman theater lands gig with The Farm Theater

Furman’s theatre arts department was once again chosen to work with The Farm Theater in New York City on its College Collaboration Project. Playwright Deneen Reynolds-Knott was awarded a commission to write a play and work with three universities to produce it: Furman, Oklahoma City University and Centre College. Furman will produce the play in April 2023. Broadway World and American Theatre both carried the news.

Furman last worked with The Farm Theater during the 2018-2019 academic year on the play “John Proctor is the Villain” by Kimberly Belflower.
