Greenville women lack support to fight ‘pressure’ of traditional gender roles
In The Greenville News, Furman University’s Sarah Adeyinka-Skold, an assistant professor of sociology, weighs in on the subject of gender roles in traditional American households. She cites the need for more maternity leave, flexible schedules and higher “breadwinning” wages.
