Hispanic entrepreneur Dina Estrada credits success to family, community and SCORE

Just a few years after graduating Furman University, Dina Estrada ’18 is a business owner. Estrada, a communication studies and Asian studies graduate, credits her connections with family and community for paving the way for the purchase of Ruiz Tires. After graduating, the “Dreamer,” joined the staff of Hispanic Alliance as outreach coordinator and took an entrepreneurship class sponsored by SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives), where her dream of owning a business began to take shape.
