Greenville’s 50 Most Influential and the Hall of Fame

Furman University President Elizabeth Davis is named among the six new honorees in Greenville Business Magazine’s Hall of Fame, a special designation for the magazine’s “50 Most Influential.” Entrants to the Hall of Fame are named for their continued commitment to “making a lasting difference in the Upstate.”

Davis, Furman’s 12th president, was included in the 2019 list of the “50 Most Influential.” Based on staff research and community nominations, Greenville Business Magazine annually compiles its top-50 influencers who hail from colleges and universities, the health care industry, private firms, nonprofits, economic development firms, and real estate development organizations, among others.
