Greenville, S.C., voted No. 6 ‘best small city’

For those who love Greenville, South Carolina, there’s no need to see the municipality ranked on a list of “best small cities” – but it’s nice, nonetheless. Greenville, home to Furman University, was named the No. 6 “best small city in the United States” in the 2020 CondĂ© Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. Its fourth consecutive appearance on the “best small cities” list, Greenville is praised for its farm-to-table scene, craft beer industry and striking natural resources, including the 22-mile Swamp Rabbit Trail, a portion of which winds through the Furman campus.
