Furman to end exemption for off-campus fraternity houses

Since 2001, Furman has required all students to live in on-campus housing except for seniors who wish to live in off-campus fraternity houses. Furman University will eliminate off-campus fraternity houses by fall 2020. Several media outlets covered the decision, students’ reaction and a petition against the move.
