Paladin football team has new friend

The Furman football team has established a very special friendship with a student from Berea Middle School. Sean Arnold, an eighth grader, suffers from Nephrotic Syndrome, a disease affecting his kidneys. WSPA-TV reported on how the players visited Sean at his school and then made him a special guest of honor at the team’s home game with East Tennessee State on Sept. 30.  The Paladins also promised Sean a victory, and they delivered.
