Millennials behind Argent want to reinvent women’s office attire

Furman Business and Accounting graduate Sali (Sumer) Christeson (Class of 2007)  and Eleanor Turner are the millennial co-founders of Argent, a clothing company that aims to inspire women to take a seat at the table by reinventing women’s workwear. The lineup includes functional trousers, blazers, dresses and tops made for mixing and matching. In a Forbes magazine article, Christeson said, “Throughout my years working in banking and tech, it was crazy to me that shopping for workwear was such a cluster. Women face a number of challenges in the workplace and it’s confounding that figuring out what to wear is one of them.”
