Going High Tech in the South

Since they graduated from Furman in 2013, Brooks Buffington and Tyler Droll have developed one of the more popular apps on the planet, Yik Yak.  Their company has raised a good deal of money from big-name Silicon Valley investors, and their anonymous messaging app has reached a mass audience.  The Post and Courier in Charleston published an interview with Buffington, where he discussed the state of tech in South Carolina and the Southeast, as well as the challenges facing entrepreneurs.
