An Upgrade for Furman’s Lake

According to WYFF-TV, the lake at Furman is in for an upgrade, compliments of a grant from Duke Energy. The company announced on May 9 that the university’s Swan Lake restoration project would get $95,000 as part of Duke Energy’s $730,000 Water Resources Fund going to local organizations in North and South Carolina.
