Professor Thomas charts reform ‘insanity’
Insanity is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. Furman education professor Paul Thomas has created an “insanity chart” that shows the problems facing public schools and the approach taken to fix it by the “no excuses” brand of school reform. Thomas’ chart was first published on the Schools Matter blog and then reprinted on The Washington Post blog, “The Answer Sheet.”
