“Mobi-Rec” comes to Greenville
Nine graduates of the Riley Institute at Furman’s Diversity Leaders Initiative has given a mobile recreation vehicle to the Greenville Parks and Recreation Department that will help make physical recreation more accessible to disadvantaged youth in Greenville. The vehicle, officially named “Mobi-Rec,” is outfitted with a variety of recreation equipment and will travel to select neighborhoods within Greenville beginning this summer.
