Forrest Stuart talks financial aid on WSPA-TV

Forrest Stuart, Furman’s associate vice president for financial aid, was interviewed by WSPA-TV for a story about how college loans may get shorter and less expensive under new rules announced by President Obama.
Stuart recommended federal loans as a first borrowing option for students.
“Always take the federal loan option before taking any kind of private educational loan,” he said.
