What began as an idea to create space for connection and collaboration has quickly grown into a highly anticipated quarterly event, where community members, practitioners, students, and scholars come together to address the complex forces that influence health and well-being across the Upstate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1304\">Now in its second year, the series returned with a timely and unifying theme: <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"928\">Building Resilient Communities<\/strong>. Hosted at the Crescent Innovation District on Poinsett Highway, each free evening event features a moderated panel discussion that blends expert insight with lived experience and a community-centered learning approach. The goal is simple but powerful: to explore real challenges and inspire actionable solutions that improve lives and strengthen the fabric of our community.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1346\">Tackling the Issues That Matter Most<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1492\">Throughout the 2025\u20132026 season, <em data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1413\">Community Health Conversations<\/em> has focused on three essential pillars of resilience and thriving communities:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"2177\">\n<li data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1709\">\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1709\"><strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1539\">Economic Mobility as a Driver of Health<\/strong> (September 23, 2025)<br data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1563\" \/>This conversation examined how wages, opportunity, and financial stability influence everything from chronic disease risk to overall well-being.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1917\">\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1917\"><strong data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1738\">Housing is Healthcare<\/strong> (November 11, 2025)<br data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1761\" \/>A powerful discussion that underscored why access to safe, stable, and affordable housing is fundamental to both individual health and community vitality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2177\">\n<p data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2177\"><strong data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1968\">Social Connections and Community Well-being<\/strong> (Upcoming on February 10, 2026)\u00a0<br data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2003\" \/>This upcoming session will explore how relationships, belonging, and local networks contribute to resilience and mental health, especially in times of crisis or transition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2197\">Why It Matters<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2534\">At its core, the <em data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2248\">Community Health Conversations<\/em> series is about listening, learning, and leading together.
