Please note that the use of outdoor space is highly encouraged and the number of individuals gathering at an event outdoors is limited to a maximum of 30 individuals unless the registrant receives express permission from the appropriate university staff person listed in each section.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations for the university spaces listed in this section may be made by contacting the staff member listed and it is the responsibility of the registrant to contact university staff about indoor or outdoor gatherings larger than 30 prior to the event taking place.
