Help put the \u201cEngagement\u201d in Furman Engaged by reflecting on your experiences presenting or attending. If you are a current Furman student, whether you are presenting at Furman Engaged, attending sessions (creative or scholarly presentations, gallery walks, or poster sessions) throughout the day, or both, we encourage you to reflect on your Furman Engaged experience \u2013 to think about what you shared with or learned from your peers.<\/p>\n

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REFLECT, AND TWO WAYS TO WIN!<\/h3>\n

1. QUICK REFLECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

On LinkedIn, post about Furman Engaged or respond to another post about Furman Engaged to get entered into a drawing to win Furman gear.<\/p>\n

\nb. Use #FurmanEngaged<\/p>\n

You can include either a video or photograph, but be sensitive that not everyone wants their picture taken. If humans other than yourself feature in a photograph or video, make sure to ask permission of those pictured before submitting. Quick reflections must be posted on the day of Furman Engaged (April 17, 2026) to be eligible for the chance to win Furman gear.<\/p>\n

2. DEEP REFLECT<\/strong>
\nCraft a reflection that is at least 150 words and that reflects on how Furman Engaged 2026 has played a role in your unique Furman pathway. In what ways was attending or presenting at Furman Engaged important to you? First-year Pathways students are encouraged to submit the reflection they write for class.<\/p>\n

One winner for best Deep Reflect will receive the choice of a $100 prize or Furman parking pass upgrade. Runner up will receive a $50 prize.<\/p>\n
