It&#8217;s purpose is to recognize the most academically talented high school seniors in SC, encourage academically talented students to attend college in the State,\u00a0 and retain talented minority students who might otherwise pursue studies outside the State.\u00a0 You may read more about the guidelines for Palmetto Fellows provided by CHE on their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.che.sc.gov\">website<\/a>.
