Enhance your teaching by partnering with an FDC-trained peer instructional coach! There are two ways to engage in peer coaching:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>Peer Teaching Observation<\/span><\/span><\/strong> \u2013 A powerful opportunity to explore, experience, and advance teaching practice with a trained teaching observation peer instructional coach. The goal of these formative observations is to <\/span>facilitate<\/span> critical reflection of teaching practices so that future areas of experimentation and refinement may be <\/span>identified<\/span>. To schedule a teaching observation, please complete an <\/span><\/span>online collaboration request<\/span><\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>
<\/span>Small Group Instructional Feedback (SGIF)<\/span><\/span><\/strong> \u2013 For those faculty interested in a structured, mid-semester, student course feedback process, <\/span>facilitated<\/span> by a trained peer instructional coach, consider the FDC’s <\/span><\/span>Small Group Instructional Feedback Process<\/span><\/span><\/a>. It is not too early to begin planning for a mid-semester feedback session. Please <\/span><\/span>complete this form<\/span><\/span><\/a> to schedule an SGIF session for one or more courses this semester.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
