The fifty easily applied techniques in <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW72301273 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW72301273 BCX0\">The Discussion Book<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW72301273 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW72301273 BCX0\"> are designed to spur creativity, stimulate energy, keep groups focused, and increase participation. Faculty and staff are encouraged to join our fall reading circle to explore the diverse discussion strategies introduced in the book through applied practice in small groups. After an initial conversation to share insight gained from the book, small teams will practice facilitating discussion among colleagues using approaches selected from the book during remaining sessions.
