The Duke Leadership Peer Coaching program\u00a0includes 3 elements that build upon one another: an initial peer coaching workshop, a follow-up skills application workshop in an area of your choosing, and the completion of peer coaching activities in your area of focus.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/furman.box.com\/s\/pb7jov34ff9upi6r594i9w9p3zud64rl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-safelink=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-linkindex=\"12\">Read more about the initiative here<\/a>\u00a0and sign up to participate by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/furman.az1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_0qSzw6MZfHa7hYy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-safelink=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-linkindex=\"13\">completing this registration form<\/a>.<strong><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> The first w<\/span>orkshop will be held on Friday January 27 from 2-4pm<\/strong>.\u00a0Participants will receive a $250 stipend for successful completion of the workshop.
