After a large group discussion in which we define \u201cantiracist\u201d (using in part Ibraim X. Kendi\u2019s work; a summary is available\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #800080\"><a style=\"color: #800080\" href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/article\/how-to-be-antiracist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\"><span style=\"color: #800080\">here<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>), small groups will examine a sample set of common class policies (attendance, late work acceptance, class participation) and suggest modifications to the large group.\u00a0 Following a debrief discussion, participants will have individual work time to revise a unique policy on their own syllabi.
