These records are protected our student information release policy in strict compliance with federal regulations promulgated by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). You can review Furman&#8217;s student information release policy in the <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.furman.edu\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Academic Catalog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Furman University will officially inform interested parties about individual academic records upon appropriate request. For anyone else with a compelling reason to know about an individual\u2019s enrollment status or degree information, Furman has authorized the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.studentclearinghouse.org\/\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>\u00a0to provide certifications.
