Crushing Leadership During COVID: Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Understanding what leaders need to provide for others during a VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). Participants will be engaged with polling, information, and breakouts to help them understand and apply the concepts.
Leading Teams from your home office: Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. How do we lead when we are not there? How do we supervise when we cannot see people in person? How do we create an inclusive online workplace incorporating psychological safety, value, trust, and authenticity?
