Managing Beyond Borders: Mexico
This full-day leadership seminar will focus on the art of doing business in Mexico from a liberal arts perspective and it is facilitated by award-winning professors from Furman. Our program will help you understand the culture, language, history, social issues, and politics of the region. The seminar will help you:
- Learn more about Mexico and its people
- Enhance intercultural communication
- Improve business practices and employer-employee relations in Mexico through an increased understanding of Mexican culture and society
- Provide managers of international companies based the Upstate South Carolina with the tools to negotiate the complex terrain of Mexico and its peoples
This program may be tailored to focus on fostering business relationships with other regions and cultures such as emerging global leaders Brazil, China, India, Japan, and Russia.
