We look to empower individuals and the organizations behind them to realize their full potential, drive meaningful change and make a positive impact on the Upstate&#8217;s social, economic and cultural landscape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">This\u00a0immersive\u00a0one-day course was created with\u00a0new and aspiring leaders in mind.\u00a0Participants will engage in\u00a0practical exercises to enhance the research-backed information\u00a0provided, creating an environment that nurtures growth for each person.
