We offer a number of group exercise programs throughout the year that are open to our members. For students only, you can purchase a semester-long pass that provides unlimited access to our group exercise programs for just $40.

Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced participants. No experience or equipment is required. If you have any special limitations, be sure to discuss them with our instructor before beginning one of our programs. Our participants are required to complete a physical activity readiness form and may be asked to complete a physical examination with their physician. Forms can be picked up at the Physical Activities Center.
