The event will conclude with questions from the audience. The major parties have painted an apocalyptic picture of what will happen if the other side wins the presidency. Partisan media have portrayed such outcomes as existential threats to the Constitution and each side\u2019s way of life, creating anxiety and fear on all sides. The faculty in Politics and International Affairs will try to separate reality from partisan hyperbole and provide a more realistic perspective on what the future holds for the next four years in the way American government functions, its relationship to other countries, and the President\u2019s likely impact on policy.
