Our department offers several noteworthy, unique programs during the academic year, in addition to a special Maymester program. We believe in exposing our students to a variety of ideas, fields, and contemporary research topics.<\/p>\n
One of our most notable programs is Math & the Mouse, a May Experience that takes place in Disney World.<\/p>\n
The course is project-driven. Students complete major group projects, give presentations, and pursue their own interests during the three week course. Students must have completed MTH-141, 145, 150, or an equivalent in order to apply.
