Many graduates from the Department of Health Sciences pursue careers in medicine, physical or occupational therapy, dentistry, nursing, public health, physician assistant\/associate, and sports science. \u00a0Small classes, enthusiastic professors, well-equipped research facilities and Furman\u2019s commitment to a liberal-arts approach to learning are the linchpins for the program.
