Students will be eligible for the scholarship via their admission application; no separate application is necessary.\u00a0Our graduates have been highly successful in competing for the nation&#8217;s leading fellowships and post-graduate awards. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furman.edu\/academics\/chemistry\/student-experiences\/student-honors\/\">See our award winners\u200b<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Join the American Chemical Society<\/h3>\n<p>Furman\u2019s chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS) is an organization composed of undergraduate students and faculty who have a passion for chemistry. The student group is affiliated with the ACS, which is the largest scientific organization in the world. Chartered by Congress, it represents professionals in all fields of chemistry and sciences that involve chemistry.
