Unlike undergraduate accounting and business administration programs at other schools, our faculty and students don’t take a narrow approach to solving today’s complex management problems. Students learn how to communicate, think creatively, analyze situations and work effectively in teams while being able to focus on an area of interest within Business and Accounting.  Students at Furman can choose to major in accounting or one of five specialty tracks in business: Business Finance; Business Marketing; Business Entrepreneurship; International Business; and Business Administration.  Students are able to zero in on a particular area of focus, opening them up to specialized classes and internship opportunities and more alignment with career interests.
