Our principal partners at Russell Reynolds will be Claire Goodwin and Zack Messitte, who bring deep experience in higher education leadership searches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">In the coming weeks, our partners from Russell Reynolds will visit campus to meet with key stakeholders, host community listening sessions, and gather input from across the university. We will also distribute a survey to invite your input and feedback. We want to emphasize how important your voice is to this work. Feedback from faculty, staff, students, and the wider Furman community will directly shape the leadership profile we develop and will help ensure the search reflects the priorities and aspirations of the people who make Furman what it is.
