Why Furman? I chose Furman because of its welcoming atmosphere and beautiful campus. I love that I always see a friendly face when I am walking to class!

Which professor has made the biggest impact on you while at Furman, and why? Although I am not a math major, Dr. Bouzarth made the biggest impact on me during my time at Furman. I spent three weeks studying math in Disney World on the Math and the Mouse MayX. We studied the various relationships between data science and Disney park operations. Throughout the unforgettable experience, Dr. Bouzarth was so encouraging and patient. She radiates passion and enthusiasm for her work and students. I love stopping by her office for amazing pep talks!

What is your favorite Furman memory? I work for Furman's Sports Medicine department and I spend a lot of time with the football team. I got to watch them win the Southern Conference in 2018 against Mercer University!

What is your favorite thing spot/activity to do in Greenville? My goal is to try every restaurant in downtown Greenville by the time I graduate! Jianna and Crepe Du Jour are two of my favorites!

In my spare time I like to... Hammock around the lake
