Amber is a rare Greenville native with 25 years of administrative experience in the areas of education, international business, sales and marketing. Before joining Furman University, Amber was employed at Bowater Incorporated for nine years where she worked as a customer service representative shipping pulp and paper products worldwide before assuming a position as executive assistant to the CEO for her last four years.  Amber was named Staff Member of the Year by the Heller Service Corps in 2004.  She is an avid reader who loves mystery novels and has developed an impromptu book club on campus with fellow mystery connoisseurs. Amber lives in Taylors with her husband, Tony, and their daughter, Jordan.
