Coffee Talk is a safe place where students who have experienced the loss of a loved one can come together to heal.  The goal of the group is to find common ground with others who are grieving and learn about healthy coping strategies.

Managing Emotions Support Group

"Wise Mind: A Skills-Based Group"
Thursdays from 3:30-5 p.m.
Starting on September 28, 2017
Counseling Center

This group is based on principles of Dialectal Behavior Therapy and will introduce essential skills useful in managing emotions and behavior. Learn how to understand and reduce dysfunctional patterns in daily living. Group will focus on teaching and practicing skills rather than open discussion. Individual concerns will be utilized as an opportunity to learn and practice skills.
