Furman has an 800-acre campus, but when you live here, you'll find a small, close-knit community where you can easily connect with your friends and classmates.
For the next four years, our residential community will be your home. You'll never be more than a short walk from your classes, the dining hall, the Trone Student Center or the Physical Activities Center. Best of all, you'll have more opportunities to learn and explore your ideas. Our four-year residency requirement will enhance your scholarly activity, personal growth, and leadership development.
Become a part of our community.
Once you've been accepted to Furman, you can begin the housing application process. Our first-year residents live in close proximity to each other, living in our freshman residence halls as a class. Get started on your application.
As a returning resident, you have more housing options and the opportunity to select your roommate. Get started on your application.
Our summer residents aren't restricted to students attending classes at Furman. If you're participating in a summer research project or an internship in the Greenville area, our housing is available to you. Get started on your application.
May Experience Residents
If you're planning to remain at Furman for our three-week course after the spring semester, you may be able to remain in your current residence. Get started on your application.
