Any materials posted in the Trone Student Center without the approval stamp will be taken down and immediately discarded. Approved posting locations in the Trone Student Center include five bulletin boards, Grip-a-Strips located on the wall above the stairwell landing, brick columns on the first floor and the Pala Den area. Flyers and other materials may not be posted on painted surfaces, glass, floors, wooden surfaces, audio or video equipment, or vending machines. A maximum of five pieces of advertising for any one event may be approved and posted at one time. Printed materials will remain posted for two weeks following the stamped date, or the completion of the event. Banners may be hung, using rope or bungee cords, from the three designated second floor columns, and one banner may be hung from the railing on the stairwell landing using masking tape. Banners may be no longer than 11 inches in length.
