The News and Media Relations office is one of the chief points of contact between the university and its external audiences, especially the news media. The office prepares news releases for placement in local, regional and national media, and can assist faculty and staff in placing op-ed pieces. All faculty and staff can request to have photos on file with the office, which will be provided electronically on request.

In addition to responding to media requests for information and helping put reporters in contact with university experts, the office oversees a comprehensive Hometown news program that features student honors and accomplishments. Contact Vince Moore for more information.
